Over dutchathome

John Houdijk studied both General Linguistics and Humanities at Utrecht University, with an emphasis on Dutch linguistics. He graduated in both subjects with distinction in 2000. In 2003 he completed his graduate training at the Hogeschool Utrecht and became a qualified teacher of Dutch as a Second Language (NT2). He has been a full-time Dutch teacher (as first and second language) since that time and has worked for a number of language institutes and schools in Utrecht, Amersfoort and Amsterdam.
